Welcome to the Re’im Memorial Site at www.reimmemorial.com (the “Website”).

The Website was created to commemorate and document the lives and stories of those murdered and killed at the festivals held near the Gaza border on October 7, 2023. It also introduces the memorial site, its installations, the stories behind their creation, and information for visitors.

The Website is owned and operated by artist Amir Chodorov (the “Website Operator”).

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Website and its content. References to people in these Terms apply equally to all genders.

Rights in photographs, life stories, texts, and other materials provided by families, photographers, creators, partner organizations, and other third parties remain with their respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, adapt, modify, translate, or commercially use any part of the Website’s content without prior written permission from the Website Operator and, where applicable, the relevant rights holder.

Displaying content on the Website does not transfer ownership or grant you a license to use it beyond viewing it as part of reasonable personal use of the Website.
